For a while I was involved in quite a few exhibitions, both electronic and real world. I distinguish electronic from virtual exhibitions because there are live gallery shows, in real galleries, with imagery being displayed on a monitor of some sort. Virtual showings, on the other hand, are ongoing web based displays. Like this site, for instance.
Electronic exhibitions have been in vogue in Europe much longer than here in the states, and I did quite a few of those shows in the 90s.
